Sara Roberts

Sara Roberts teaches in Experimental Sound Practices, a program in the School of Music at the California Institute of the Arts. Her interests include group dynamics, group participation, game and text scores, interdisciplinary education, and new models for critique and criticism. Throughout the ’80s and ’90s, she simulated various aspects of human behavior with computers. More recently she’s been developing performative strategies and building simple devices for exploring human dynamics with people. Her current project is a book of collected group activities.
