Nicolas Boulard

Nicolas Boulard’s visual vocabulary is organized essentially around wine and various ways of producing it. His works, which are at once immaterial and tangible, precise and endless, hyper-sensitive and anti-monumental, illustrate a lucidity about vine-growing systems, and, at the same time, offer a re-reading and a representation thereof that break with tradition. His artistic work was presented at the Frac Champagne Ardenne, at San Francisco MOMA, and the Museum of the object in Blois.
